This PR cleans up the API by moving the repeatable container annotations for
Ghost,RefinementAlias,RefinementPredicate,StateRefinement, andStateSetinside their corresponding annotation types. This way, the internalMultipleannotations are not suggested in the autocomplete and used by mistake.
