Application for student pack not working #190369

This is a pretty common issue with the GitHub Student Pack, especially for K-12 students or when your documents don’t exactly match the billing info. Even small differences in spacing, punctuation, or capitalization can trigger a rejection. A few tips that usually help: Use your legal name exactly as it appears on your official documents and billing info. Sometimes it takes a few manual checks to get things through, especially for K-12 students, so don’t worry - it usually works once Support reviews it. |

Hi everyone,
i have been having repeated problems with signing up for the pack. While I've solved most of them, it still is letting me know that my name is not the same on the document as it is on my billing, despite them being the same. Just to double-check that it wasn't the last name -> first name ordering that was messing with github, I changed my info to be Last Name, First name, Middle initial, and every other possible variation only to get the same error. My name is clearly listed in multiple areas on the document, and to make certain that it wasn't image quality that was causing the problem, I spoofed my camera as the actual transcript so the picture would be clear, and I continued to get the same email. It is also worth noting that while I provided a school email, because the school is K-12, it won't verify on that alone. Attached is a screenshot of the rejection message, although I doubt it'll help all that much.
