If your application is still pending or rejected, I recommend using your school’s official online portal or Microsoft Teams profile for verification. Ensure that your full name (in English), academic email, and school name are clearly visible on the screen. At least this is what worked for me! Wish you good luck! |

Hi everyone,
I'm trying to get aprooved into github education for students. I'm from Bulgaria and here comes the first problem. My school normaly never publishes documents in english. I managed to get a certificate that I am currently studying there. I tried with the bulgarian version next to the english version. It still says as an issue that I must put the document next to an english translation in the photo.
The second problem that is mentioned states that there is no school name in the document, while there are 2 places where the full name of the school is written.
Also it says I have no date on the document, while there clearly are the years in which I'm curently taking my classes in. I am in the last grade of highschool which started on 15/09/2025 and ends on 01/06/2026.
Next it reports that my first and last name must not be different from my billing information. There is no difference between the names written on the document and the names in my account.
And lastly - It is unlikely that I will be accepted until my github account is finished. I have entered all the information about myself in all posible fields, but am still being told that my account is not finished.
If anyone can help, plese, I need this for a project which has only 1 month left to complete and it is a very big one.
Thanks in advance,

Nikolay Kilifarev
