Problem with fillling Github student Developer pack #189894

Hey @AarishMansur, rejections for the student pack can be super frustrating, but it usually comes down to GitHub's strict automated checks! First, make sure you aren't using a VPN and that your browser location services are turned on, because they check if your physical location matches your university. Second, double-check that your college ID clearly shows a date for the current academic year or a future expiration date; if it just shows your enrollment year, the system often rejects it. Also, try to take a live photo of the ID using your webcam or phone camera during the application rather than uploading a pre-saved file. Lastly, ensure your GitHub profile name exactly matches the name on your ID. If your ID doesn't have a current date, you might have better luck snapping a picture of a recent tuition receipt or a current class schedule instead. Good luck! |
