Problem with fillling Github student Developer pack

Hi everyone,

So I am trying to apply for Github student developer pack but i have submitted 2 times first I didnt write my billing information in second application I filled everything and for authentication i have submitted my college ID pic but still I my application was rejected, my college does include my current academic affiliation. I dont know what am I doing wrong please guide me if I am doing something wrong

@codekalinga thanks for replying but I am not using any VPN and right now I am only using my college ID card maybe will try my tuition fees receipt or class schedule

I dont know why there is no option to upload documents or multiple documents and when i take the picture using live web cam or phone cam the clarity drop drastically and reviewer cannot read it properly been trying to get this student pack for months. There is no official email id to send email regarding the issue im facing for github

Yeah, the webcam clarity issue is something a lot of people are facing. A better workaround is to use your phone’s rear camera in good lighting and make sure all the text is clearly readable before submitting. Since GitHub doesn't allow multiple uploads, having one clear, sharp image really matters.

If that’s missing, try submitting a recent tuition fee receipt or class schedule instead, as those tend to get accepted more easily.
