I am writing regarding one critical but urgent issue with my GitHub account.

I have created a GitHub account to submit the artifacts for one of my submissions.
My account id is - umbradarkpattern@outlook.com
I uploaded the code to this url--

and the current repository where I submitted my code is public, see this--
However, when I click the URL, it shows a 404 error. However, when I log in to my account by ID and password, the URL shows the code clearly. When the account is logged out, it returns a 404, even though the repository is public. I tried every possible way to resolve this issue, but nothing has worked, and it's urgent today as I submitted one of my papers.

Please check and resolve urgently asap.
