FYI, while humans can not do this, Copilot reviews now include a Severity level. This might be added to mess with Cursor, which PR reviews included a very nice severity label text.
And apparently this was already something possible for CodeQL: |

When I'm leaving comments on PRs for code review, some comments are just suggestions, or "👍🏻" or a suggestion that doesn't need to be followed, and some comments are like "this will end all life on planet Earth" and it'd be nice if there was a way to mark a comment as "informational" or "must be fixed". Like a way to attach a "severity" to a comment.
